We have settled in.. It will take a week to recuperate. Jeanne drove 2678 miles. Silver City is at 5000 feet.. Both of us have to adjust to the altitude..
There are three pecan trees loaded with nuts. A rookery of ravens are here feasting. They are big rascals and not afraid of people

    Glad you made it safe and sound. All is good here…just turned colder last night. Lows in 30’s tonight.

    Fight off those big critters and bring us back some pecans, Nelson.  Nothing better than wonderful pecans straight from the tree.  Diana used to have a backyard  full when she lved in an apt in Raleigh.  Nelson, the group doesn’t get the individual comments back tp you from this address, do they .  Guess we’ll have to cc STC
